It’s not all Pipe and backdoor when you think about Hawaii’s Winter season. Every year tons of sand gets moved around due to massive swells forming new sand bars in very unusual places. You can count on brothers John John and Nathan Florence be the first to sniff out a recently formed sand bar and collect some thick slabs over nothing more than a foot of water.
