Dear Friends,

As we move into the North American summer, I wanted to reach out with some stoke and updates from Heli world, particularly related to heliskiing.

There is a prevailing sentiment that the Canadian border will re-open soon for travelers who are able to demonstrate proof of vaccine. This is great news for eager skiers who have not been able to get up north due to COVID-related travel restrictions. 2022 BC heliskiing availability is extremely thin as a vast majority of last Winter’s bookings were rolled to next season on top of regular demand for new bookings.

Whether this is the new normal for heliskiing being booked out much earlier and more aggressively than usual, or just a result of COVID remains to be seen. Whichever it may be, be advised that, if you are considering booking a trip, we recommend that you reach out to us ASAP. We have included a list below of some remaining options, which includes Great Bear Heliskiing, a new heliskiing operator in coastal BC.

Thank you to our loyal guests and operator partners for the continued partnership. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our sales team 24/7.

No chairlifts,
Andy

Bella Coola 4-Day Classic

Tweedsmuir Park, British Columbia, Canada

Originally built in 1929 as a fishing-hunting lodge, the Tweedsmuir Park Lodge offers access to an incredible combination of awe-inspiring heli-skiing and heli-boarding terrain, West Coast-inspired gourmet dining, a large outdoor hot tub, as well as a sauna. The “Classic PLUS” program is basically the Classic Vertical program, but it includes an extra night, for free! For example, book a 3-night stay, which includes 42,500 vertical feet, and stay for a 4th night for free. There is no additional charge for the 4th night. Most importantly, this increases the chances that you will get that magical day up high and that you can rack up the package vertical.
